On paper, your life looks perfect β but internally, something feels deeply off. Your daily routine is draining you rather than nourishing you.

Home feels familiar β but tight. Like you've expanded and your world hasn't caught up yet.

You feel like a different person depending on who you're with. You're not sure which version is actually you β and that confusion is exhausting.

The only options that feel real are extremes. Leave everything. Start over. Escape somewhere new. Or stay β and keep feeling this way.

It's clarity trying to find its way into a life that hasn't caught up with you yet. You already sense what's off but you just haven't had the right lens to see it precisely enough to know what to change.
That's exactly what this work is for. Together we look at the environments, relationships and routines that shape how you feel every day, and we find what fits you and what doesn't. Not so you can burn it all down. So you can finally feel like yourself in the life you're already living.

Before this work found me, I spent years in corporate HR, specialising in employee wellness. I thought I understood alignment - a life that looked right on paper, yet internally something felt off. That tension sparked my turning point and now informs how I help you hold energy, anchor clarity, and live a life that fits your sensitivity.
Retreats were my turning point: the first urged me to leave what no longer fit, and the next revealed how environments enliven or exhaust me, showing me how to live more aligned. This work wasnβt born from a studied methodology but from a question I lived. I know what it feels like to return from a retreat carrying something fragile and real, and how quickly daily life can swallow that clarity if you donβt know how to anchor it.
You donβt have to move across the world to keep that feeling. You just need to know how to hold it and thatβs exactly what I help you do.
Working together is a calm, unhurried process. We meet 1:1 β moving through your environment, your relationships, your routines β not to overhaul them, but to understand them. To see clearly what is working for you and what has quietly been working against you. Most people find that the answers were already there. They just needed the right space to see them.
This isn't coaching that asks you to push harder or want more. It's the opposite β a slowing down, a looking closer. By the end you won't just have insight. You'll have a life that actually fits the person you already are.
